Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and fearless both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment mindfully.
My expertise is in the Vinyasa Flow. Forever remaining a student of the practice I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my yogi masters have bestowed upon me.
In each session I combine creative sequencing, spiritual playfulness, and inspiration to transcend you deeper into your practice. I seek to motivate others to thrive, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced all for a sense of peace and well being.
